Dennings was a lover of Nick Zano her "2 Broke Girls" co-star from 2011 to 2014. She began dating Josh Groban shortly after they separated. They were remaining together. Then, in early 2021, Dennings met music producer Andrew W.K. They soon began dating and confirmed their engagement in the month of the May of 2021. Dennings has been a fan of music since 2014, was Dennings's first-love. Dennings has admitted that, although she was born Jewish and became an active member within the Jewish community at a personal and ethnic level, religion does not form a large element of her activities. Her hobbies include gardening, reading as well as painting. She had planned to go to an art college, however after her entire portfolio got destroyed by floods her plans fell apart.
