Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd began her journey into combat sports around the time of 14. She trained in boxing kickboxing BJJ, and wrestling. She made her amateur debut at age 18, at WCFC against Jaimee Nievera. Ladd then went on to win three fights in a row at Ultimate Reno Combat. All of the fighters she beat had been defeated in the first moment. In the following weeks she took on WCFC to win again, beating Leslie Rodriguez in a unanimous decision. Aspen took on Silvia Babaeghian Maddy Simmons and Cynthia Calvillo ahead of a match against Cynthia Calvillo in WCFC 9 Cynthia was beaten by Aspen and beat her in a an unanimous vote to remove a blemish on Ladd's amateur record. Ladd rebounded from her loss through defeat of Roma Pawelek in Tuff-N'-Uff, which brought her record to 8-1. Aspen began her professional career in the year 2015 and signed with Invicta FC to make her professional debut. Invicta Fc 11 was her first fight. She dominated Ana Carolina Vidal and won the first round by TKO. Invicta 16 saw her go from Bantamweight to her battle with Amanda Cooper by armbar in the second round. Aspen defeated McGill in her wrestling, and finished her off in the third round by TKO. Aspen then fought Jessica Hoy in Invicta FC 18 in weight of catchweight (138.1lb), as Ladd failed to meet weight. However, Aspen was able to dominate Hoy. She won by KO in the 2nd round. It was Invicta's FC 21 that she fought her final match for the company. She defeated Sijara Ebanks via a unanimous vote. The debut of Aspen Ladd's UFC debut took place in UFC Fight Night 118 at which point she fought Lina Lansberg. She defeated Lina through a pound and pound advantage in the 2nd Round. She continued her dominance with a stunning victory in her subsequent fight against Tonya Evinger, who was fighting at UFC 229. Ladd ended Evinger in the first round and earned the night's bonus. Her debut fight was with her next bout in UFC Fight Night dos Anjos in which she faced. Lee against Sijara Eubanks in the Invicta FC rematch. The victory of Ladd was a unanimous verdict, and also she was awarded the Fight of the Night award was presented to both fighters. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie ended Ladd within 16 seconds, breaking her losing streak. She bounced back, and defeated Yana Kunitskaya in the third round of UFC which was broadcast on ESPN 7. She faced Norma Dumont as a substitute during her final fight against the UFC at UFC Fight Night 195. The UFC Fight Night 195 fight was decided unanimously against her.
